Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

1. Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

• - Organization: J&F Activities
• - Participant: every person or group participating in a training camp or tournament organized by J&F Activities.
• - Client: the legal entity or association responsible for registration.
• - Accommodation: any location or facility used during a training camp or tournament.

2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all agreements between J&F Activities and clients/participants, regardless of the nature of the training camp or tournament.

3. Registration and Payment

Registration is final after confirmation by J&F Activities.

• - A deposit of 25% of the total travel sum must be paid within 14 days after booking.
• - The remaining amount must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the training camp.

If payment is not made on time, J&F Activities reserves the right to cancel participation.

4. Cancellation

In case of cancellation by the client, the following costs apply:

• - Up to 12 weeks before departure: 25% of the travel sum
• - Less than 6 weeks before departure: 100% of the travel sum

Cancellation must be communicated in writing or by email. No refund will be given in case of early departure during the camp.

5. Changes by the Organization

J&F Activities reserves the right to modify the program, accommodation or travel in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, safety or availability of facilities), without entitlement to refund of the travel sum.

6. Travel and Stay

Included are the facilities stated in the program (such as accommodation, training and meals). Not included are travel insurance, cancellation insurance and personal expenses. Any deposit for accommodations is the responsibility of the client.

7. Liability

Participation is entirely at your own risk. J&F Activities is not liable for accidents, injuries or other personal damage that participants incur during the training camp, tournaments or during transport to and from activities, unless there is gross negligence by J&F Activities.

J&F Activities is also not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

The client is responsible for obtaining appropriate travel and accident insurance for all participants.

8. Damage and Destruction

The client and/or participants are fully liable for all damage or destruction caused to accommodations, living spaces or facilities used during the training camp or tournament. Any costs resulting from such damage will be directly charged to the client.

9. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave correctly and respectfully towards each other, supervisors, opponents and third parties. Excessive alcohol consumption, use of drugs or other inappropriate behavior is not permitted. In case of violation of these rules of conduct, the participant or group may be excluded from further participation by J&F Activities, without entitlement to refund.

10. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (including pandemics, strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of J&F Activities), J&F Activities is not obliged to compensate for damage or additional costs.

11. Complaints

Complaints must be reported immediately to the on-site supervision, so that a solution can be sought as quickly as possible. If the complaint is not resolved to satisfaction, it must be submitted in writing to J&F Activities no later than 14 days after the end of the training camp.

12. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements and these terms and conditions. Any disputes will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
